The new coach's task is to face the final stages of the championship and ensure an orderly transition while the management advances in the search for a new coach.

Ramón Díaz's cycle at Inter was brief and marked by difficulties in collective functioning, a lack of key results, and a complex sporting scenario that ultimately accelerated his departure.

Porto Alegre, November 30 (NA) — Inter Porto Alegre announced the departure of head coach Ramón Díaz, after publishing an official statement informing of the termination of the Argentine coach's contract and his entire technical staff.

According to what Argentine News Agency learned, in the note released by the Brazilian club, the club communicated that along with Ramón Díaz, his son and assistant, Emiliano Díaz, also leave their posts, as well as collaborators Osmar Ferreyra, Bruno Urribarri, physical trainer Diego Pereira, and performance analyst Juan Romanazzi.

The management formally thanked for the services provided and wished them success in their future professional challenges.

Inter had been going through a series of irregular results in the Brasileirão and, despite the expectations generated by Díaz's arrival, the team could not sustain a competitive performance that would bring it closer to the objectives set at the beginning of the season.

Recent weeks had strengthened rumors of an imminent departure, which was finally confirmed with the official statement.

From now on, the club informed that the permanent assistant coach, Pablo Fernández, will immediately take over the professional squad's leadership and will be in charge of the activity starting this Saturday at the Parque Gigante Training Center.

Despite his experience and international career, the coach could not get the team on track or give it a clear identity, something the club considers central for the next stage.

Inter, which is in full sporting restructuring, must now define its immediate course and choose a successor who can restore the competitiveness lost in the final stretch of the year.
